1. Download a Wallet App
Next, download a self-custody wallet from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. While we recommend the Xaman wallet due to its user-friendly interface and reliability, you are free to choose any wallet that suits your needs.
2. Install the Wallet
After downloading, install the Xaman wallet on your device.
3. Create a New Wallet
– Select [Start] Begin the setup process.
– Create a Passcode: You will be prompted to create a secure passcode. After entering it, make sure to save it and confirm your acceptance of the wallet‘s terms and policies.
4. Add an Account
– Tap on the blue tab labeled [+ Add Account].
– Choose [Create a New Account] from the options presented.
5. Secure Your Passcode
A warning will remind you to keep your passcode confidential. Read it carefully and proceed.
6. Record Your Secret Numbers
You will be presented with a series of secret recovery numbers. Write these down securely, as they will be crucial for account recovery.
7. Confirm Your Secret Numbers
Select [Next] and verify the numbers you just recorded.
8. Access Your Account
You will now see your new account, which is ready to receive funds. Look for the address labeled [Public Address].
9. Finalize Setup
– Tap [Next], then confirm your understanding of the wallet’s features.
– Choose [Standard Sign-In using FaceID or your passcode] for quick access.
– Give your account a name and select [Next].
10. Activate Your Account
Lastly, select [Activate Account] to complete your wallet setup.

With your self-custody wallet set up and your XRP purchased, you are now prepared to proceed with buying Third Temple Shekel (TTS).
